Production time

In-stock / one-of-a-kind pieces will ship within 2 days after purchase.

Made-to-order designs usually take 10 - 15 days to create — you’ll be notified if your chosen piece is in stock or made to order.

For custom works, please allow 2–3 weeks depending on the design.

Shipping

Orders are sent from Tallinn, Estonia.

Domestic delivery (Smartpost, Omniva, DPD) takes about 1–5 working days.

International shipping via Omniva usually takes 1–2 weeks within Europe.

Courier options (DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx) are available upon request.

Materials & care

My jewellery is made from high-quality materials, clearly listed in each piece’s description.

I mostly use 925 silver, sometimes oxidised or goldplated. These finishes naturally soften over time.

Silver may tarnish; avoid contact with water, chemicals, and humidity.

Store your jewellery in the box away from sunlight.

To care for your piece:

• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.

• Avoid lotions, perfume, and cleaning products.

• Do not polish oxidised or plated surfaces.

Returns

All Erle Nemvalts jewellery is handmade to order.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, so please ensure your ring size and order details are correct before purchase.

Terms & conditions

This website and all jewellery are owned and produced by Erle Nemvalts OÜ (reg. no. 17347529, Hobusepea 2, Tallinn, Estonia).

Prices are listed in euros (€).

Payment can be made via Stripe.

Shipping within Estonia is €5, EU €15, and international €20.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
