PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Production time

In-stock one-of-a-kind pieces ship soon after purchase. Made-to-order designs usually take 5–15 days to create — you’ll be notified if your chosen piece is in stock or made to order.

For custom works, please allow 1–2 weeks depending on the design.

Shipping

Orders are sent from Tallinn, Estonia.

Domestic delivery (Smartpost, Omniva, DPD) takes about 1–5 working days.

International shipping via Omniva usually takes 1–2 weeks within Europe.

Courier options (DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx) are available upon request.

MATERIALS & CARE

My jewellery is made from high-quality materials, clearly listed in each piece’s description.

I mostly use 925 sterling silver, sometimes oxidised to enhance contrast and texture — this dark finish naturally softens over time.

Silver may tarnish; avoid contact with water, chemicals, and humidity.

Store your jewellery in the Erle Nemvalts wooden box away from sunlight.

To care for your piece:

• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.

• Avoid lotions, perfume, and cleaning products.

• Do not polish oxidised or plated surfaces.

RETURNS

All Erle Nemvalts jewellery is handmade to order.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, so please ensure your ring size and order details are correct before purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS (Summary)

This website and all jewellery are owned and produced by Erle Nemvalts OÜ (reg. no. 17347529, Hobusepea 2, Tallinn, Estonia).

Prices are listed in euros (€), excluding shipping.

Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

Shipping within Estonia is €5, EU €15, and international €20.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
